Refund Policy

At Holistic Vibes Public Health Solutions LLC, we are committed to providing quality services that support your wellness, education, and empowerment. Because our offerings include customized consultations, virtual sessions, and digital educational materials, our refund policy is designed to be clear, fair, and aligned with the nature of our work.

Consultations and One-on-One Services
All bookings for health equity consultations, health literacy assistance, and nonclinical wellness sessions are final once confirmed. We do not offer refunds for missed or canceled appointments. However, we understand that life happens—if you need to reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited.

Digital Products and Downloads
All digital purchases (e.g., eBooks, toolkits, templates, or downloadable resources) are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital content, once a file has been accessed or delivered, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.

Workshops, Webinars, and Events
For events hosted by Holistic Vibes Public Health Solutions LLC, refunds may be offered up to 7 days before the scheduled event, minus any processing fees. After that, no refunds will be issued. If the event is canceled by us, a full refund or credit toward a future offering will be provided.

Custom Projects and Advisory Services
Custom engagements—such as organizational consulting, content development, or data analysis—require a signed agreement outlining payment terms. Refunds are not offered once project work has commenced. If issues arise, we are committed to resolving concerns collaboratively and in good faith.
